Customer Service Representative

Our company, located in Morris County, New Jersey, is seeking a friendly, reliable, people person to proactively ensure 100% customer satisfaction with regard to the processing and delivery of orders.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Open customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommend potential products or service to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Qualifications:

• College graduate with 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong computer knowledge.
• A background in customer service.
• Strong problem solving, phone and listing skills.
• An individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
