Program Services Manager (California)
Our company, located in Morris County, New Jersey, is
seeking a Program Services Manager to manage the delivery,
quality control and profitable operations of our program
field operations in California.
Job Responsibilities will include:
• Manage the delivery of quality program services
within approved budget guidelines.
• Recruit, train and manage staff to implement
field services.
• Prepare timely billing of services.
• Work with the Director of Business Development
to generate new business in California.
• Travel throughout California will be required.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of similar management experience.
• College degree
• Expertise in Excel, Access and Word.
• Professional business demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Water Conservation background a plus!
